Ordered a GRIP6 pack back in July for delivery to Sydney, Australia. Never arrived and when I contacted customer service was advised that they have it as delivered. Work out a more robust delivery system outside the continental US and I might consider reordering!

EDIT - The product was finally delivered however there was NO further communication from the company. I do NOT hold the delay in delivery against the company, but what I am unhappy about is the complete lack of any further communication. The company policy states ...
