Ich hatte Jahrelang akute Verstopfung. Die grüne Pflaume hat mit sehr gut geholfen, ich nehme jeden 2. Abend 1 Pflaume ein und mein Problem ist behoben. Ich hatte schon sehr viel ausprobiert, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Sehr, sehr gutes Produkt, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen !!!!
