Ich nehme nun die Pflaumen seit ca. Anfang Januar, allerdings nicht täglich. Diese unterstützen mich enorm für eine regelmässige Stuhlentleerung. Seit Jahren leide ich an Blähungen, unregelmässigem Stuhlgang und Verstopfung. ich bin soweit ganz zufrieden mit dem Produkt und mache weiter so.
