Update
Groomers World have kindly been in touch with me direct. They have tried to track my parcel through Royal Mail but with no luck. They have sent me out a replacement parcel and will track item to ensure it arrives with me. Great customer service to resolve my issue, which it seems is due to Royal Mail and not Groomers World. Thank you!
