“Brilliant customer service I asked a question via the contact form and got a response within 10 minutes! Furthermore the deals and prices weee just what I was looking for. I got everything I needed in just one shop. They arrived on time and very well packed. I am overall very happy and I well definitely be shopping with Groomers World again”

“The service is good i have bought a few bit's from you and have always been happy with it but my recent item wich was a dryer blaster was a big let down because you can't put it on the wall and you are unable to get a stand for it so not very helpful iti didn't need it so much I would have sent it back and got my money back”

“First time using the company and I paid for express delivery, stated on their website to be delivered by DPD by 10.30am. I didnt expect it the next day as I ordered late at night but I did expect it to be delivered by 10.30am the following day. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered until midday which meant I had to cancel my working day. I asked for the delivery to be refunded at £12.99 as they didn't fulfill their delivery time and I faced a back and forth argument throughout the day, ending in them arguing over £4.49 eventhough their website wasn't clear on their delivery. I spent a large amount of money on the item and felt they should have returned the delivery (which they later did) to honour their lack of information and uphold good customer service. Unfortunately, I won't order again.”

“Decent delivery time, quick customer service response times. Shame they don't have a telephone number to talk to someone. Products are always of good quality. Marked down 1 star as an expensive bath I bought was defective, they resolved issue very quickly but otherwise this was a shame for such an expensive item. Great that it's free delivery after £10 is spent that's very good postage compared to other companies where you need to spend over £100 to get free delivery. I would recommend groomers world and will continue to shop here.”
