Very poor quality. After cutting about 10 dogs blades needs sharpening.

Completely broken clippers when they turned up, spoke to someone the day after now have had no communication for the last two days. Returns say you can’t return until they accept it and they want you to pay for the return and insure the return. Awful company

I bought a pair of Kenchi shears they cost me £238.99 really disappointed in the quality so they are getting returned , I have £80 on scissors that were better quality ., I also emailed Groomers world and got no response , think that will be my last orders .

advertised in such a confusing way as it listed the dryers information in the items description when its actually just the stand and pipe components (thought it was originally a title error) sneakily hidden on the additional information tab that its not included but very misleading as the blaster is decribed in the items description as it states: "Double Dryer Details Amazing Force – Compared to handheld hair dryers our dryer reduces time by over 70%, saving your precious time, especially when grooming large dogs. Power -dual motor designed for large dogs, more suitable for winter. Speed – The adjustable speed dial from 4921FPM-68000FPM makes it great for controlling noise levels especially when grooming sensitive dogs. Accessories – Includes 1.2 m to 2.5 m flexible hose, 3 different nozzles and 2 air filters. Warranty – 12 Month Warranty" only buy if you need a stand + pipe not a title error but a description error as its not an entire package with blaster

Got a blaster but it wouldn’t turn on , told to send it back and when they recieved it and checked it they would send me another . Still not got it . Not great service not even an apology .

Poor customer service unfortunately they will not accept the clippers back because I have used them once and found a fault. Never had a problem before but the attitude of customer service is poor. I feel I've been insulted and threatened will never buy from the again and left with faulty goods

I judge a company on how good they handle a problem not on how good they fulfill a contract. On this occasion my issue was handled poorly.

I ordered a set of clippers, paid for fast delivery as my current clippers had broken and I needed them ASAP. When I opened my order I had been sent the wrong clippers. I contacted groomers world and was told a trainee had packed the wrong ones and I had to return them and then they would send the clippers I ACTUALLY ordered taking several days longer when I urgently needed them. I am highly disappointed

Product does not work and they will not do anything about it. Terrible service, terrible product! I will not be using them again and I will tell all my grooming groups to avoid too

The shampoo always arrives damaged, and talking to customer service about it gets you nowhere. They dont offer to replace the shampoo, and expect you to send broken and leaking shampoo bottles back before receieving the replacement for the one you've already paid for.

Spent the last few days chasing my missing parcel which I was told ‘should have been handed directly to the customer’. But instead it was left outside of my house!!!

The scissors I bought were the Kraken set, I used them once and they weren’t sharp and they keep loosening after every use. It’s a bit disappointing considering I need to use them every day for work. I contacted groomers world and they said they would give me a ring but still haven’t heard anything.

Bought a dual motor blaster. Within 4 months of use two nozzles have snapped and broken and the foam at the end of the hose is falling apart.

Absolutely awful. Tacky load of rubbish. 50 Xmas puppy bandanas in the bin .not even cut the same ..wouldn't embarrass myself to give this to new puppy owners .some where so bad they had seams in middle .some weren't even right shape . Clearly not a care in world and waste of £13.50 especially in these cost of living crisis
