Groomers World uses Royal Mail so you have to allow over seven working days to receive your item as Royal Mail have issues with delivery now. I placed my order on 6th February and it’s not yet out for delivery! I needed the item for my course yesterday.

Purchased second pair of clippers due to fault with my main clippers needed a pair urgently. Paid for next day delivery before 12 and item did not arrive, contacted customer service to be informed they were not in stock and were going to be dispatched the next day, this left me without clippers for an extra day. I would have purchased elsewhere if I had known this so very disappointed. Postage cost was refunded but that meant nothing compared to the income lost. I cannot fully blame Groomers world for my loss of income as these things can happen but if an item was not in stock it should be marked as such to enable to buyer to purchase elsewhere.

I was excited to find Groomers world, I have had two good items but one faulty item. Not sure if I would use again.

fast shipping, but the scissors were carelessly packed in bubble wrap, put in a plastic bag without any box, they slipped out of the wrap and arrived damaged

Quick delivery! Very powerful dryer; using it at lowest settings to get dogs used to it. I can see many uses for it in the future in addition to drying wet fur...

I need to speak to someone about replacing this already. The tube has come out 2 times now and I don’t think it’s hard enough. It blows out quite cold. The power is great on it but the heat is not hot enough. As of this I feel like it takes me longer to dry the dogs.

I would like to make a point as to why I am giving groomers world three stars ...... I am an owner of a growing salon. I discovered groomers world a year or so ago and was a little dubious of their products having never heard of them. I reached out to other groomers in the area via a group chat we are kindly apart of, and most also had not heard about them. Despite this I was in need of a few products and didn’t see an issue giving a new company a try, there products that I ordered seemed good enough , maybe sometimes lacking in the finishing touches that christies and other places seem to add to the orders, non the less it was good enough for me and I know how important it is to use the smaller companies over the bigger more well known ones. We started Building a decent working relationship over the past year with me mostly dealing with the same sales rep Stuart for the past few orders at least. However, ........ I am sorry to say that I was left very disappointed in groomers world as a company recently, I had ordered a Stand dryer from them, in a bundle and the product had a major fault that meant it didn’t appear to be working correctly. I asked for a replacement, groomers world were helpful and sent a replacement quickly. it was upon trying to use the replacement product that I realised that the dryer was in fact a bad product and lacked power and heat ( both pretty important things for a groomers stand dryer) I contacted groomers world within 24 hours of opening the product to let them know it’s a product not fit for purpose and I would like a refund! I was met with a very generic response to let me know that they do not accept returns if they have been used I explained I didn’t know it was not a good product until I tried to use it and that it’s not fit for purpose, not that I had simply changed my mind, I even suggested that if they had a better product that could replace it I would be will ng to pay the difference!! Groomers world said they will accept the return should the dryer be in pristine condition, and I would have to pay a £15 restoking fee. as I have said I use this business a lot and unfortunately I feel very soured by the company not taking on the cost due to them having a product not fit for purpose I will probably try a different company before shopping here now to guarantee a better service which is a real shame !

Disappointed when delivery stated it would be delivered within 3-5 days. Wouldn't of minded if I had an email regarding late delivery as I had been waiting in for this delivery.

Bought Andis clippers to replace broken Oster clippers. I had read all A5 type clippers were interchangeable but some of my Oster blades don’t fit on the Andis clippers. It would have helped to have info on this before buying.

I buy shampoo from here regularly the only one I didnt really like was the hypoallergenic one didn't think it cleaned as well as the others. Delivery is in time given never had to wait ages. Sometimes the website can go a bit funny and not let you in for a few days but does sort it self out. Also the Perfumes are really good too.

10 days heard nothing about getting student discount. my parcel was damaged in post. But staff at crufts, the lady I saw was super helpful considering how busy they were she spent time to help me get what I needed 💯

I have found the problem solving / returns policy and customer service (including an available telephone number) a lot speedier with other sites tbh so I wouldn't order again.

I’ve bought Rosaline curved scissors for my daughter for Christmas so hoping they’re ok as the packaging wasn’t very sturdy ? Just a bag with abit of bubble wrap for a very expensive pair of scissors? The plastic surrounding the scissors was all broken so hoping they’ve been damaged in transit?!

Product is great, however, I anticipated it coming in a protective case, not just a cardboard box. It did not state there was no carry case so I now have to try to find one, which is not easy. Disappointed about that but too much trouble to send back and order elsewhere - where I could have it with a box at the same price so not as good value as it seemed. Clearly stated on package to be handed to recipient and not left, but it was left by front door even though I was in, doorbell was not rung even, I just found it when I went out.
