“The product is great. Postage was fairly quick. However, the dog slicker brush was so poorly packaged that the wire bristles were poking through the 2 very flimsy plastic bags it was thrown into and our poor postman was stabbed in the finger. The first bag wasn't even sealed and the outer bag was the flimsiest packaging I have ever seen. The brush should at least have been wrapped in cardboard inside the plastic. Very poor and doubt I will use this company again.”

“The electric table is fab. Nice and sturdy and easy to put together. It was on a pre order, which was delayed. Although they contact you, you can't contact them. Very frustrating if you miss their call. Groomers World would get 5*'s if only you could speak to someone.”

“Nicely presented pack of grooming tools. Easy to handle. I have a suspicion that they are left handed ones which makes them rather difficult to use ( the blades should be facing me for grooming properly surely)”

“Fragrance delivered in good time although I only received the bottle and not the spray applicator for the bottle. Thankfully, I had one spare from an old bottle.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding your order. We no longer sell 1L fragrances as a trigger spray bottle this is why you have not received it in your package. This is reflected on our website photos and description but I appreciate as a repetitive buyer you may not have noticed this when purchasing.
