Purchased second pair of clippers due to fault with my main clippers needed a pair urgently. Paid for next day delivery before 12 and item did not arrive, contacted customer service to be informed they were not in stock and were going to be dispatched the next day, this left me without clippers for an extra day. I would have purchased elsewhere if I had known this so very disappointed. Postage cost was refunded but that meant nothing compared to the income lost. I cannot fully blame Groomers world for my loss of income as these things can happen but if an item was not in stock it should be marked as such to enable to buyer to purchase elsewhere.
