“I ordered a GW blade and a very efficient customer service lady rang me to advise the blade I’d ordered was out of stock. She very kindly offered to supply an Andis blade for the same price which was above and beyond.”

“Very satisfied customer. I am a level 1 Dog Groomer, investing in products to support my education and further career goals. Read below my experience: - Easy to use website, - Products Delivered within the time frame advised, - External delivery partners - Polite and Friendly, - Products order (Table, curved scissors and grooming cards) where exactly the same as advertised and good quality, - Excellent customer service - Response time on replying to my query on a Sunday was within the hour. - Excellent customer service - When arranging delivery of the table , I informed Groomes World to communicate by email with me and they happy obliged, To summarise, I would recommend Groomers World. My only disappointment was they didn’t stock everything I needed , as I would have preferred to use them, rather a potential competitor of theirs.”

“Completely broken clippers when they turned up, spoke to someone the day after now have had no communication for the last two days. Returns say you can’t return until they accept it and they want you to pay for the return and insure the return. Awful company”

“I purchased a nail grinder & small slicker brush. I’ve used both on my miniature Shih Tzus. Although, they were both a little nervous. They were less anxious than when I have used nail clippers in the past. Highly recommend”
