Great service throughout, even with an item that was quite possibly damaged in transit, despite it being clearly marked as FRAGILE. I received a response within hours of my email notifying Groomers World of the damaged item. I was apologised to, sent a link to arrange a free return and told that a new unit will be sent out at their earliest opportunity, given the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. As I said, great service throughout. Thank you Groomers World. 5*
