Groupon has the worst customer service that i have ever encounter in my whole life! They dont call the customer they want you to email or live chat back and forth to get a refund or exchange! I got dooped by this company or whatever you wanna call it. I advise people just to book or buy somewhere else than this! Will never ever use this again and warn people about it! Save your time and headache!
