Purchased a voucher from Groupon and have had no acknowledgment. I have tried to access my account and, for some reason, it has stopped bringing up my icon to enable me to scroll down to which service I need. Have tried every avenue possible to contact them which is impossible. I can get access to companies which will access on my behalf for a charge. I am expected to give my card details to a company I don't know; no thank you. I will never buy another thing from this company with the worst company service I have ever dealt with.
