I am a long time account holder of GROUPON but hadn't made purchases for a while due to Covid. Even though I had a valid and open Groupon on my account and $100 credit, Groupon unilaterally CLOSED my account taking my $$$. When I went into my account, I wasn't recognized any more! After I contacted them they fixed it, but I think this is a money grab. How many people will just let it go because they don't want to deal with the administrative headache?
