I ordered tickets for the ideal home show at 7.39pm on Saturday 27th November for Sunday 28th November. I must have by mistake selected 27th and tickets came through and then expired. The show was over at 6pm. When I contacted support, I was told quite clearly, no refund for live events. Even though the event was over that day, Parveen J, who I was chatting too was adamant there was nothing that could be done because of their no refund policy.
It doesn't take an idiot to realise a mistake seems to have happened and she even said you may have done it by accident, but they would rather keep my money than issue new tickets or a voucher.
Really disappointed with your service Groupon.
