Bought item by mistake left in basket when I bought another product. I have sent maybe 50 messages to the boy type message system that they have now, and with no luck cannot return item as merchant is just ignoring my emails I will never buy from Groupon again. So all of you please make sure you read the returns of your item very carefully. such bad customer service. Their is no service number to phone Groupon says it’s not them it’s the merchant. But what happens when no one answers you.
