Groupon is going downhill so fast, for years I had occasional issues with them but I was always able to get a solution until last week, I decided to buy a refurbished camera that didn’t work, I sent them more than four emails and not once I got an answer from them, tried calling and live chat and I was always redirected to send an email, so I ended up filling with BBB and I am waiting to get my money back. I will not use groupon anymore, this company is a scam and you can get better deals without them for sure just contact the business directly.
