My Group also purchased 8 tickets to Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Night only to find out they were for Hollywood California. We are getting the run around and were out $700. We go to Groupon for local deals in Florida, why were we routed to California deals. Why is it more important to Groupon to steal money from their customer rather than offer a refund or at least an exchange? All discount stores offer store credit, or and exchange. An offer to exchange the tickets should be an easy fix if you cared about your customers. I guess this happens all the time and were just #Grouponscrewed.
