made an appointment for 2 o'clock they called me the day before to confirm which i did, i show up at 1:50 the receptionist told me that they'r just finishing up with a client and would be with me shortly at 2:35 still nothing i got up and started walking away and the receptionist goes 'would u like to book another day' really i don't think so!
to everyone reading this take a few more minutes researching and spend your money somewhere else where they don't have the habit of overbooking!
