I purchased a Groupon for salon seventy six for a wash, cut& blow dry in February. Every time I phoned to get an appointment they were fully booked for a month and very rude telling me they would never do a Groupon again. In the end I gave up. Just before my Groupon expired in May I contact Groupon to see if I could get a refund..they told me to contact the shop and get them to send me an email verifiying that I had not used my Groupon. Didn't bother as they were so rude. Will never use Groupon again.. Nightmare
