As a company we have been with groupon for a while now and due to being ripped off entirely AND relocating we can not provide the services we sell. WELL we have been trying to get in touch with them for almost 2 weeks via email and phone calls and they are ignoring us. We have left so many voicemails to IAN B (our representative) and even requested to speak to his supervisor with no response. This is ridiculous! Starting November 1st we can not take the groupons any longer and a lot of people will be upset. DO NOT USE GROUPON FOR YOUR BUSINESS! I already know that they will not refund all those people who purchase the groupons, and I hope they lose a lot of business from it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
