Last month I bought a groupon for Blooms Today so i could send my sister a thank you bouquet of flowers for spending her days helping my 77 year old dad take care of my 72 year old mother who is suffering from stage 4 breast cancer and dementia. This was really important to me that I chose the perfect bouquet for her which was one that included lilies and roses which she loves. I placed the order to be delivered on Oct 10th. I was sent an email stating the delivery had been made that day. I waited for word from my sister that she received the flowers and when it got to be 8pm I had to ask her if she got a delivery from me and she had not received the flowers that day. I called the company customer service number and was told I would get a call back once it was determined what had happened. That didn't happen. I never heard another word from them. The next morning, I received word from my sister that they just delivered the flowers and she sent me a pic to say thank you. Wouldn't you know it, NOT ONE ROSE in the bouquet. AND I received another email from Blooms Today that the flowers had been delivered on Oct 10th which was a flat out lie. When I called Groupon to let them know that not only did I not get the service OR the product I paid for (still paid $40 between Groupon and Blooms Today), but the surprise I planned for my sister in getting the flowers was ruined, Groupon's response was "I'm sorry that happened to you. Thank you for letting us know. No refunds can be given." I wasn't looking for a refund. I was looking for them to resolve the fact that I didn't get the roses that I paid for. GROUPON SUCKS and so does BLOOMS TODAY. Won't use or refer anyone to either one ever again.
