Bought a local car detailing groupon. Called several times to make the appointment but noboday ever answer the phone.
And noboday calls back after leaving messages. After 12 days I had no choise but turned back to Groupon for refund.
They only gave me a refund of Groupon credit, which was void by Groupon now.
Contacted Groupon customer service by email but no reply.
