This is an Internet Marketing company, operating in UK as though they the law to themselves. From my direct experience of dealing with them as a customer, I find Groupon systematically engages in shortchanging their customer by clever manipulation of information, illegal misrepresentation and poor service. It is very costly and time-consuming to contact the company as no the company seems not have any physical presence in the UK and the phone calls(the UK landline No) to the company are always directed to some dysfunctional call centres in the Philippines with no positive outcome.
