I purchased a coupon for a massage, but the therapist never returned my calls. When I called last week, the phone was disconnected. I checked her Facebook website, and it had been taken down. I contacted Groupon, and kept getting emails that they were checking into it. I contacted them repeatedly, and finally got an email confirming the business was closed. I initiated a chat, and was promised I would receive an email with a trade-in within 24 hours. More than 2 days has elapsed - nothing. I tried another chat, and got a message that no one was available: "Please check back later". Then I got an email, asking me how my chat went! Terrible customer service.
