Total lack of follow-through support from Groupon UK. After paying for a deal and then booking with the merchant (restaurant meal) the merchant then cancelled booking....reason was that Groupon had failed to pay the Resturant on 40 previous occasions for coupons purchased by Groupon account holders and were no longer accepting any bookings from this website. Having contacted Groupon Support with my complaint (they still have my money for purchase) and after nearly 3 weeks they have failed to respond further to resolve this issue, this amounts to a fraud!
