Bought a three pack of leggings from there that never turned up, contacted their customer service team who told me to wait as the items had been shipped, so I waited, then contacted again to get the same message and again and again. Asked for a refund, they refused. Asked to speak to a supervisor, apparently the supervisors do not own phones. Ridiculous, So now i've lost out on money which I wont get back despite it being consumer law. Rung their office number and the office is always closed. AVOID this company its absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers. I should have realised sooner as i's ordered two other items from there, one was a white duvet set which was so so thin and when it arrived it smelt bad and had dark marks on it, the other a pair of earrings one of which is faulty and the back doesnt close. So the warning signs were there.
My advice: Avoid groupon and stay safe while shopping online.
