I have had many good experiences, but that was when there was customer service. Now that they deleted their email, phone number, and can end chat when they feel like it, they stink. If they make a mistake don't expect it to be corrected. They listed a restaurant with 20% cash back. We went there and it didn't show up as a credit and there is nothing you can do. You chat and they tell you they will get back with you but don't. If they lie, so what, you have no say in the matter. They are going down the drain.
