Purchased a pair of boots with their Black Friday deal for $29.99 and when the charge appeared on my credit card I was charged $59.99. Contacted customer service and they asked if I had a screen shot of that price. ??? Who does that?? Never had any problems in the past. They have lost a frequent customer.
