I’m very unhappy about my experience. I completed a booking via groupon for a night stay.
And due to emergency circumstances I’ve tried to request a change of date for the booking. Both the hotel and gropin have been contacted and between them both they are putting the responsibility of changing the date on one another, which has been a very frustrating experience. I really can’t see what the issue is, I’m not asking for my money back or to cancel. I’m asking for the date to be pushed back. Will not be booking a stay via the hotel or groupon again after this poor experience and would like someone to get back to me regarding processing a formal complaint for the poor customer service of both parties pertaining to this booking
