The service I have received from Groupon as a first time user has been absolutely disgraceful. I purchased numerous items at the same time only for one of them to go missing and be told by the courier, when I was eventually told who it was, the postcode to the tracking number was incorrect. How can some be correct and ONE be incorrect? I received dispatch emails for all items apart from the one I have not received. To then be told it would be refunded, albeit not in full and not back to my card but to sit as a credit on my account. To also be told, the item I had originally ordered was no longer available in the colour I requested. To order this item in a different colour is going to cost me an extra £5!! I will order this item in a different colour but only because I do not want my money sitting in someone else’s bank account!! In addition to this, the only way I could fine to communicate with them is Live chat!!
