I ordered a bag on Groupon. When I finished processing the payment, a voucher.was sent to me and I followed the instructions to redeem the voucher. Next I was directed to another website which is VFOX, I was instructed to pay a $6.99 for shipping and handling which I paid. After one month of not receiving the bag I contacted the company, I was told they did not ship the item, because they’re very busy with orders. I find that to be very suspicious so, I contacted Groupon and received absolutely no help. They kept telling me someone will follow up with an email and no one did. Groupon customer service is very unprofessional. Also I ordered a blue toy for a boy from Groupon and they sent a pink I wrote a review on the item and they blocked the review. I am taking this app off my phone for good. Never again.
