I ordered 4 tickets to the zoo and only got three. They REFUSED to refund my last ticket and I eventually had to dispute with my credit card company. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I told them I’m going to end up disputing the charge and they literally just said go ahead. Like, what the heck? If you can’t provide a service, don’t take money for it!
