I wish i could give NO STARS, because i would love to. I never had a problem ordering with them and returning a product. But i exchanged an item and the item i sent back never made it back to their warehouse but i was held responsible for the item after a month of dropping it off to the post office. I was told to deal with the USPS, go to USPS and was told that Groupon had to issue the complaint. After 4 days of going back and fourth, being called a liar about being charged and threats of calling my lawyer i was FINALLY issued a refund. After a customer shows proof of being charged and proof of the item being dropped off to be returned, it should be any more questions besides issue a refund and go through the USPS insurance to get the lost money
