Purchased tickets to a show in February which now I find out I am unable to attend. Contacted customer service and asked if they can issue me credit for this purchase and use another time. They were unable to grant my request. This makes the second time customer support has left me dissatisfied. I will no longer be using Groupon for anything in the future!
