Groupon is a crook! I bought tickets for a tour, showed up and there wasn’t a tour. I immediately informed Groupon not even 10minutes after the start time. Here I am over 2 weeks later and I don’t have have my money back, nor a return phone call. Just a bunch of automatic emails from people in foreign countries. I am utterly disgusted that Groupon was able to receive my purchase so easily, however make you go through hell and hot water to go back and forth with them via email. Is it really that hard to call and talk to your customers? It’s like your avoiding people because you know you do bad business!
