Twice I have received emails from Groupon that gave me a code number so I would get $10.00 toward my purchase.
But when I selected something and entered the code, a message said the number was not eligible.
The code was G6C9K.
I did not see a disclaimer that the code was limited to certain offers.
This is annoying, misleading, disappointing and a turnoff.
Please explain this. The Chat does not work, the web address is bogus, and the "phone number" sends you back to the web, etc.
I have bought many items, but now that I have a complaint I can't get through.
