Ordered toilet rolls on 17/Mar - showing as in stock and dispatch within 2 days.
9 days later I contacted them via chat.
I waited a couple of minutes to get a response, wereby they asked what the problem was. As I started to type, the rep sent another msg saying they were busy and that if I didn't respond immediately they'd end the chat???
Anyway, they informed that the item was out of stock and that I could have a refund.
My argument is that they should've refunded me automatically once they knew they could not fulfil my order.
Now I must wait for up to 7 working days for my refund. that will be up to 16 days of them sitting on my money!!
Poor customer service in the nonchalant way I was dealt with.
I have been a customer of Groupon for many years; but no longer.
