Did live chat with customer service today and was told my $80 is non refundable because I didn't read the fine print and the offer said all sales final! Guess the company's guarantee that you get the amount you paid even if the groupon expires is not true. Also to add insult to injury the agent then closed the chat while I was writing a response. Avoid purchases from this company - I know I will never buy another item from them ever!
