One star is way too much for this disgusting vile company with zero customer services. No changes to their cancellation policy during this awful time. They don’t give a hoot about Covid19 and would rather see vulnerable customers attending a Spa ! How ???? Rather than reimburse monies It’s diabolical that a company of this magnitude can treat customers like this and as soon as I have used my Groupon credits which is apparently all I can have, I will be voting with with my feet. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY and if you are a company thinking of selling your services through them - DONT your reputation will be soiled forever !!
