I booked 5 tickets to go to the circus spending just over £50 and when the covid-19 struck, Groupon stated in writing underneath the advert that if the event is cancelled outside the merchants control I would get a full refund. I asked 3 different representatives for my refund and was told no. Also one particular man was very rude on Groupon chat. I have gone to consumer rights and have just today noticed that Groupon have removed thier statement to offer refunds for this event. I am furious at Groupon and feel cheated, the fact that they don't have a customer care telephone line tells me they don't care. I have also previously recieved faulty digital based ITEMS and it was very hard and frustrating to get a refund. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID.
