Absolute con. Groupon refusing to give refunds cos of cancellation due to corona virus. Offering vouchers which is illegal.
Then claiming cant find details of account or emails sent . Then informing is that now its too late as voucher has expired. We have been trying to resolve this since corona virus started.
We have no choice but cancel as all hotels have closed down while in lock down.

DO NOT PAY GROUPON ANYTHING . We CERTAINLY WONT BE FROM NOW ON NOR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE .
