In utter shock in how this company is dealing with this crisis. I purchased a spa weekend to which I was unable to attend Due to covid-19. £110. They made ME contact the spa to confirm that they authorise a refund, which I did. And after a lot of back and fourth with groupon and spa company - groupon didn’t even offer my money back they offered GROUPON CREDITS. A LARGE, RICH BUSINESS STEALING FROM PEOPLE. The service was NOT PROVIDED, therefore we should be entitled to our hard EARNED money back. I have no idea WHY they think it’s acceptable to decide what we do with OUR MONEY. Angry is an understatement, I’ve used them countless times and NEVER AGAIN. I hope they go under by the amount of people they’re losing as customers due to this awful customer service.
