I updated my shipping adress and saved it prior to ordering. Somehow my shipping adress didn't get updated so my 2 orders totaling $85 is being shipped to my old adress. I placed the order on Sunday and the website says it is still processing and shipment will be delayed 12 days. Customer service claimed there was nothing they could do although the orders will be just sitting in the warehouse. They need to improve thier computer system. I asked the rep to update my adress so it will be right the next time I order. He said there was no way to update my adress.
