I placed an order a month ago, expected a bit of a delay due to COVID-19 but not this long. Logged into my account and my order hadn’t even been dispatched so I emailed customer services, who told me my order had been cancelled (nice of them to let me know during that month waiting on my order!). They are refusing to give me my money back despite me paying for an order I was never going to receive. All they will give me is Groupon credit, which I don’t want and have told them I don’t want but they have to “support their merchants”. How about supporting the customers who have parted with whatever cash they have at the minute to buy essentials!
