What went wrong ? They took money from my debit card when I cancelled the Groupon because the redemption code was not taking for the order. I wound up purchasing the item at full price . The Groupon was swipped as "'used"' but was not.
There is only chat to communicate with Groupon . They say to email proof of bank statement ...I did 4 times mo answer . They robbed me . I am still requesting my due refund .
Never again . I will pay full price or get items on sales from companies .
