If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my $700 trip that was cancelled due to Covid-19. I was told for over 2 weeks that they would reimburse me my money back. Then after waiting over 2 weeks, they changed their tone and paid me $700 in Groupon Bucks. I am very mad and sad. I used to like Groupon. I thought they would understand.. I save up for over a year to take my kids on a trip. I am a single mother of 4 and feel as if they took my life savings from me and laughed about it. If you rely on any money, go through the actual hotel. They have more of a heart and are more sympathetic. I'm screwed and they do not care. On top of that, I bought this before the pandemic and it could mean less to them. Just MORE money in their pockets and who cares if I struggle. At least they got paid.
