Not even one, they should get -5 stars!!
The company extends the length of validity of vouchers or provides Groupon credits as refunds so you can have a good look at the money you won't ever get back, but ignores completely your request when you explain that you've lost your job due to Covid-19 and need to feed yourself before you can think about hair removal!
They want to 'support businesses that work with them' but fail to realise that nobody will be left to buy darn coupons if they leave their customers to starve when they need help the most!
I've had agents send 2 or 3 automatic answers (saying they're sorry for the inconvenience) in a row then leave the chat on me, I've sent an email which was ignored for 10 days then wrote a second one and same thing!
Horrible people! Do not give a penny to support a business that watches you starve while flaunting your own money at you without lifting a finger to help you feed yourself with your own damn money!!
