I ordered an item and was told on two occasions that it would definitely arrive. When I contacted customer services to determine what had happened one employee was very rude, the others did not provide me with any information, just ultimatums.
It’s now over a month since I placed my order.
In these difficult times, with remote working, I understand that it may be tricky for businesses however honesty and transparency would be a far better option to build customer relations.
