I placed an order with Groupon which didn’t arrive but DHL sent me a text saying parcel delivered, sons at home & say nothing has artived. Over a week now & Groupon are making excuses for not refunding me. The latest is for my card details which I can see clearly on my account but they keep insisting that it’s not there and I need to put it on. What are they up to, what’s wrong with the card I have given you Groupon or is there not enough money on it for you to scam me?
Don’t trust Groupon they’re a bunch of crooks.
